Benchmark Health Partners, LLC operates the Athlete Durability Index (ADI). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit the Athlete Durability Index website or use ADI services.   • Pages viewed, time spent, referring pages, and interactions

YOUTH ATHLETE INFORMATION AND PARENT CONTROLS


ADI is designed for athletes ages 10 to 18 with parent or guardian involvement. Parents and guardians can:

  • Review information submitted for their athlete 
  • Decide what to share and when to share it 
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of information as described below

Some information used in ADI relates to athlete health and sport participation. ADI does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you submit sensitive information through a contact form or email, we use that information to support your request and provide the services you requested.


INTERNATIONAL VISITORS


If you access ADI from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. We use safeguards designed to support lawful transfers and appropriate protection.


CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


ADI is designed for athletes ages 10 to 18 with parent or guardian involvement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor without appropriate parent or guardian permission. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can address the situation.
