First, athletes enter the ADI LAB where they complete a series of scientifically validated assessments that evaluate a series of health behaviors and personal characteristics.
Once finished in the Lab, athletes will visit the ADI LEADERBOARD where they can review their individual results and compare their ADI score to athletes from around the world.
Finally, athletes are invited to spend time in the ADI LIBRARY where they can access a range of resources, including exercise- and education-based preventive interventions.
